Advanced melanoma accounts for the majority of skin cancer death due to its poor prognosis. Nivolumab and Ipilimumab therapy is effective for the treatment of advanced melanoma. Adverse events were common but manageable. Better clinical outcomes were observed in patients with high PD-L1 expression level and positive BRAF-mutation.
