Room Escape Game: SDG Survival Challenges
“Zombie Room Escape: SDGs Survival Challenge” is a student-led initiative, aiming to help participants to visualize the impact of individual actions on sustainability and to raise awareness of the SDGs through practical application. Conducted in one taster session and one full game session, the game itself comprises three themed zones — Mental Health, Environmental, Cultural Integration — each representing a cluster of SDGs. Each room features 3–4 interactive challenges linked to real-world sustainability issues.

🧟♂️ Escape Room – SDG Survival Challenges
3 zones. 3 global crises. 30 minutes per zone to reverse the despair.
No textbooks. No exams. Just you, your team, and a shared mission.

⏰ Time: 10:30am – 6pm (30-min per zone)
📍 Venue: HKU Main Building

🎯 What you’ll face:
Zone 1 – Breaking Point 臨崖之心 🧠 (Mental Health)
As pressure closes in, your thoughts begin to spiral and reality feels harder to hold onto. Something important has been lost—scattered across fragments you must recover before time runs out.
Zone 2 – Second Chance 終極試煉🌍 (Environmental)
The Earth is Gone.
Poisoned skies, silent seas and fading humanity — you wake in a future you forged.
You have been chosen to witness the end… and to decide whether humanity deserves a second chance.
To return to your own time, you must prove that you can change.
Can you fix the past… before it’s too late?
Zone 3 – The Hidden Cultures 文化秘境🤝 (Cultural Integration)
Journey across Ethiopia, Sámi and Māori traditions to restore balance between Earth, Water and Wood. Solve ancient puzzles, chant with rivers, and weave identity together before time runs out — only then will harmony be unlocked.
