Student Learning Festival 2026 – Let’s celebrate!

On 29 April 2026, we had the privilege of hosting the Student Learning Festival with HKU Horizons where we connected with many HKU students and teachers.

The Festival was a showcase of remarkable Common Core Course student works from this academic year and individual student research projects, all displaying the dedication and excellence that our students possess. It was truly a testament to the innovative and interdisciplinary approach that many of you, our esteemed teachers, instill in our students.

A prize presentation and award-winning video screening ceremony of the Horizons Experience Awards was also held at the Festival. Professor Jay Siegel,  Vice-President and Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Teaching and Learning), congratulated the students on their outstanding performance and commended the students for their efforts in capturing the fond memories of their overseas learning experiences to share with the HKU community.
