I am interested in becoming a CC Student Consultant because I love how different common core courses brings together so many different subjects and allows us to explore a very diverse range of issues.

My own interests are pretty wide-ranging. I like to debate about social issues, especially topics around sexuality and gender, and thinking about how we can make things more fair for everyone and strive for equality. I also enjoy history courses a lot as I am fascinated by how historical movements changed the world. On top of that, I like following economics, stuff like how global trade works and how it affects people’s lives.

I think all these things are connected and I’d love to help make the common core experience better for other students by planning great events and sharing our ideas with the faculty.
