Hi! I’m Caelyn Leung, a second-year Bachelor of Arts student studying Chinese Language and Literature and Finance. I’ve been a CEDARS Student Host for WoW Tours and Orientation Day, and I’ve also worked as a Student Induction Instructor for Peer Connect and High Table 2025. I enjoy volunteering and traveling, especially when I get to meet people from different backgrounds and discover new places. I like sharing travel stories, talking about cultural differences, or just connecting with others over food. For work experience, I joined the HKU Faculty of Education SLR Lab as a Student Experimenter, where I helped assess children with special educational needs. I also tutor high school students in Chinese and teach Cantonese to non-native speakers, which has taught me how to explain cultural ideas clearly and in a friendly way.

For CC, I like its connection to Chinese Culture and Life, as well as its focus on meaning. It provides me with several insights that are helpful for my future.
