MEDLIFE at HKU is a student-led organisation committed to building a world free from poverty by improving access to healthcare, education, and safe housing. Through partnerships with low-income communities across Latin America and Africa, we strive to create sustainable, community-driven change.

We empower HKU students to engage in global health initiatives through Service Learning Trips (SLTs) and fundraising. These trips provide hands-on opportunities to work alongside local doctors, nurses, and community leaders, while also raising awareness about health and social inequities. Fundraising efforts further support MEDLIFE’s long-term projects and mission.

By integrating learning, service, and advocacy, MEDLIFE at HKU cultivates leadership, empathy, and a strong sense of global citizenship among students.
