[IMPORTANT] [Seminar Rescheduled] Origins of Cinema & Preserving Film Heritage

Dear Participants,

After careful consideration of the health and safety of our participants and partners under the emergence of the Omicron variant of COVID-19 virus in the community—and after consultations with our HKU partners—we have made the difficult decision to postpone Origins of Cinema & Preserving Film Heritage on 10 January 2022 to yet a later date.

This is deeply frustrating since this is already our second attempt, but the new government COVID rules apply to “events and performances,” so we need to align with those guidelines for the health of all.

It looks to be a wonderful event, so we will keep trying to find a time when we’re not interrupted!
