Journaling Through the Lens – A Wellbeing & Photography Workshop
The “Journaling Through the Lens – A Wellbeing & Photography Workshop” is a student-led initiative designed to help students slow down and notice the beauty around them. Students will take a short campus walk with creative prompts that spark curiosity, capture meaningful moments through photographs, reflect and journal to nurture mindfulness, and share experiences in small groups and build a collective “gallery of gratitude”.

Join us for a wellbeing and photography workshop designed to help you slow down and notice the beauty around you. Together, we will:
• Take a short campus walk with creative prompts that spark curiosity
• Capture meaningful moments through photographs
• Reflect and journal to nurture mindfulness
• Share our experiences in small groups and build a collective “gallery of gratitude”
No photography or journaling experience is needed — just bring your curiosity, your phone or camera, and an open mind.
