[Important] [Year 1 Students] Approval on Common Core Enrollments During Course Selection Period

To Year 1 Students:

As we are approaching the close of the course selection period, we write to encourage you to review your Common Core course selection and make adjustments as necessary before August 24, 2026 (Mon) (4:00 pm).

Common Core enrollment places are allotted through a first-come-first-served method during the course selection period in August. Please take account of your queue position and make changes to your course selection as you see fit by August 24, 2026 (Mon) (4:00 pm).

 

To check your queue position:
SIS Menu > Enrollment > Common Core Queue Position

To check the list of approved and pending enrollments:
SIS Menu > Enrollment > Enrollment Status

All the waitlists will be purged after the close of the course selection period. Enrollments which are still “pending approval” will be disapproved and dropped. You would need to wait until the add/drop period if you wish to add courses again. Common Core course approval is by auto-ballot during the add/drop period.
