Hey I am Aryan! I am a first year Economics and Finance student at HKU coming from Singapore. I have lived in Singapore, Canada and India for the majority of my life, but in Singapore for the longest where I also completed my high school. I am really into tennis, watching tv shows and movies as well as exploring different cities and countries!

As a student who completed the IB Diploma, I am able to appreciate the importance of discussing global issues and questions and meeting new people! During high school, I never had separate courses on these kind of topics, but when I came to HKU I was thrilled to find out that there are courses offered that teach about cultures, global issues and general knowledge, and can also help to meet new people!

I’m excited to contribute and bring my diverse set of experiences to the table, while also helping make common core courses better and more meaningful to anyone who takes them!
