Online SETL for Common Core courses (Semester 1, 2015-16)

Dear Students,

Greetings from the Common Core! The semester is winding down and we can now (almost) begin counting the days down to a long-awaited break. We hope you all have enjoyed the first semester with us!

I am sure you have all been invited to complete the online Student Evaluation of Teaching and Learning (SETL) to provide feedback on your experience of your courses, teachers, and tutors. In the SETL forms, you can share with us what worked well and what didn’t, what can be improved and what has / hasn’t enhanced students’ engagement in the course. As in previous years, your answers will remain anonymous and your responses will be kept strictly confidential.

The Common Core is committed to delivering courses that meet the needs and desires of all of our students. We are working hard to make them relevant, active, and inspiring, but know that there are many areas that need improvement. Your feedback is crucial to help us improve our courses and your own learning experience.

Please fill the surveys out via http://setl.hku.hk/ before they close on 7 Dec, 2015. Share your thoughts with us!

All the best with your end-of-term exams and enjoy the break!

All best,
Gray
