Night Time Design in Hong Kong – Perceptions of Safety Do you feel safe walking alone at night?   The Common Core in collaboration with Arup (https://www.arup.com) is providing the opportunity for students to participate in furthering the sustainable development of the city through exploring how night lighting influences perceptions of safety in different sites around Hong Kong. To deliver on this principle in the current circumstances, we believe we need to offer you an array of choices for each course you are taking.
