10th Year Anniversary!
HKU’s Common Core celebrated our 10th Anniversary throughout April and May 2022. The Celebration featured events on Critical Zones and Undergraduate Transdisciplinary Research; the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs); the CC Digital Exhibition Villa; Transdisciplinary Musings on Money! Money? Money! and An Afternoon at the Movies; enhancing CVs and Interviewing Skills; Gaming and the Metaverse; and International Student Exchanges. To wrap things up and to point toward the next 10 years, Professor Matt Sparke presented a Distinguished Lecture analyzing the crises of (de)globalization and how we might all develop our needed capacities for Future Readiness.
We are very much looking forward to the next 10 years of the Common Core’s Adventures in Learning!
Send us your very best ideas for student, campus, and partner learning possibilities and don’t forget: Engage~Experiment~Enjoy!
